  Avoid at all costs. Park is probably fine for overnight guests and temporary campers. But decide to buy a trailer and the fun begins. They are known to keep your inital yearly fee low, but once your 2nd year comes around, expect to see a 50-70% rate hike. And note that you are not covered against the tennant/landlord "maximum lease rate" protection laws in our country because yourself; being able to only use the park during the summer months classify you as a non permanent tennant. So your stuck at their mercy of rate gouging. My family and i have been in the park for over 12 years, and were forced to leave due to the rates doubling for ourself and many other long time residents. Over 15 trailers have left this year alone because of this shamefull buisness technique. In other "carefree" parks in ontario, one for example all of the park members are suing carefree because they changed the park from a 4 season to a 3 season, then jacked up the rates by over 80%, thinking they could bypass the tennant rate incrase laws in ontario. Good try! Always do research before you give unethical companies your money.
