  I have mixed feeling about this establishment, I appreciate the cuisine, healthy alternatives to many places. I like that they sell produce and groceries, although the prices for everything are so high. A cookie for $3.85... a coffee latte for nearly $5. Maybe I am a bit disconnected from these types of things but I don't think I am. The service is one of the more difficult things to deal with at this establishment, I waited for ten minutes for the latte and I was the only person in line. After saying this, the place does have a nice atmosphere with their tables and dining area. I do recommend their kale salad and their samosas are actually pretty good.

  Amazing place but the service is ALWAYS slow. I love the selection but cant figure out why nobody seems to know how to operate this store. Too bad.

  Understaffed most of the times with no management around..and get ready to wait for A LONG time if you ever order food there. It only got worse since last time we visited last year. Don't be charmed by cute interior and the "organic" branding. Poor Customer service does not justify their high prices. Hope they take this as an opportunity to improve.

  Arrived at 10, at 10:50 I am still waiting for a sandwich that is already made up. If I was not here with a group I would have left 40 minutes ago. Brutally slow and in efficient. Lots of people that arrived later getting served before us. Not a place for breakfast.
